How are 3DActive products shipped?
All 3DActive orders for delivery to a UK address are shipped from within the UK using Royal Mail or alternative domestic carrier.
When your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number you can use to check on the state of your order.
What are the shipping costs of 3DActive products?
Shipping is free on all orders of £20 or over. For orders under £20 shipping costs just £4.99. Shipping on all 3DFitBud orders are free.

3DActive ships to customers in the USA, Canada and the UK but we're working on several new locations!
How long will it take to receive my 3DActive order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and you should receive your order within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email regarding the shipment of your order together with a Tracking Number, and it has been more than 5 business days since you’ve placed an order with us, please reach out to our support team quoting your order number.

You can return any unopened and unused 3DActive product within 30 days of receiving them and get your money back. Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com for further info.
