Shipping

All 3DActive US orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS), or UPS depending on your region.
UK orders are shipped from within the UK by Royal Mail or alternative depending on your region.

When your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number you can use to check on the state of your order.

It depends on where you are. Orders usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive. UK deliveries are usually 24-48hrs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email regarding the shipment of your order together with a Tracking Number, and it has been more than 5 business days since you’ve placed an order with us, please reach out to our support team quoting your order number.

Returns

You can return any unopened and unused 3DActive product within 30 days of receiving them and get your money back. Please contact us at support@3dactive.com for further info.
