3DActive Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by you through our 3DActive Website. By placing any order through the 3DActive Store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of thirteen, or any higher minimum age in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms.

Our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and with our customer care.

RETURNS

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, typically we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds are available for purchases made directly through our webshop within 30 days of receipt of the product. If you purchased your 3DActive product from a retailer, please contact that retailer for information on their return policy. Please note that all accessories sales are final and are not subject to the return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
- If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@3dactive.com.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@3dactive.com.

SHIPPING

3DActive is not responsible for covering the costs of shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY

All 3DActive products purchased directly from our 3dactive.com, Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon DE, Ebay stores and any other licensed vendors come with a 12-month warranty as standard. 

This warranty can be extended by an additional 12-months by visiting our warranty registration page. We reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time without notice. However, warranty registrations submitted before this date will not be affected. 

If your 3DActive product becomes defective or faulty within the warranty period, we will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. 3DActive will not cover the cost of returning the item as per our shipping guidelines. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer

3DActive products will not be covered under warranty under the following circumstances:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items that have expired their warranty period.
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Free products.
- Repairs through third parties.
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating products/devices improperly).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
